The Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of his total bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
