Renovation of an educational facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Upgrades and air conditioning installation including mechanical, plumbing and electrical work at the Bruce School. Required DCAMM Certification as Prime/General Contractor in HVAC. Pre-bid walkthroughs will take place @ 9:00 A.M. at the Alexander B. Bruce School, 135 Butler Street, Lawrence, MA. Bidders must submit a five percent (5%) bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to the IFB will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. Chapter 149. Vendor will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, DCAMM Certification and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City. Work under this contract requires a contractor to provide labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the HVAC upgrades and air conditioning installation including associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
