Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Newport News, Virginia. Working plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of 11/14/2023: Project was cancelled. The City of Newport News (the "City" or "Owner") is seeking bids from qualified firms (the "Bidder" or "Contractor") to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City's e-Procurement Portal. The Purpose of This Invitation for Bids (IFB) to Establish a Contract With a Qualified Contractor to Furnish/provide Construction Services, Entailing Concrete Demolition, Repairs/rehabilitation and Construction of Reinforced Concrete Equipment Pads for the Polymer Batch Feed Systems at the Newport News Lee Hall Water Treatment Plant (LHWTP) and the Harwood's Mill Water Treatment Plant (HMWTP), in Accordance With the Specifications of This IFB.
