Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of November 8, 2023, project was awarded to Geeleher Enterprises awarded amount is $2,496,937.10.** Millside Drive Construction The work consists of clearing and grubbing the proposed right of way for the new subdivision off of First Avenue in Ludlow and the installation of all proposed underground utilities including but not limited to 8" DI watermain, PVC sewer main, and drainage system. The contract also includes construction of a new hot mix asphalt road with concrete sidewalks, development of a stormwater basin, installation of guardrail and fencing, and planting of street trees. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. This Contract contains price adjustments for hot mix asphalt mixes, diesel fuel, gasoline, and Portland cement contained in concrete.
