In addition, a statement must be submitted prior to the awarding of a contract indicating that the bidder will work toward a business utilization goal for minority business enterprise of 25% and women business enterprise of 5%. Each bidder's attention is called to the General Municipal Law, which requires a bidder's Certification of Non-Collusion. Copies of such Certificates are part of the Proposal Form and, unless complied with, the bid will not be accepted. The City of Buffalo will not be responsible for full or partial set of Contract Documents, including any Addenda obtained from any other source.
