Project No: 18-016 Roswell Park is seeking competitive proposals to replace the existing roof systems for the Administrative Services Building (ASB), Basic Science Building (BSB), Cell & Virus (C&V) Building and the Research Studies Building (RSB). The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents, including but not limited to, the Drawings and Individual Specifications, and consists of the following: i. Replace the ASB Building roof in its entirety with a new EPDM roof system. Scope includes pipe railing, guardrail, tapered insulation. ii. Replace the BSB Building roof in its entirety with a new EPDM roof system. Asbestos abatement, masonry repointing, and the addition of roof drains (as shown in the documents) shall be included as part of the project scope. iii. Replace the Annex portion of the C&V Building roof. Scope includes removal of unused vent pipes, asbestos abatement, installation of new tapered insulation and new sheet metal fascia system. iv. Replace the RSC Building roof, with the exception of Areas "B" and "C", with a new EPDM roof system.
