Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 10/3/23, per Owner, project delayed until November 13, 2023 Council Meeting. The project, which will culminate in a completed memorial in Bandstand Park, Franklin, PA, shall consist of two separate, but related contracts, as follows: Contract #23-01 Site Preparations and Concrete Contract #23-02 Granite Tablets Installation Bidders may bid on one or both contracts. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the proposal, made payable to the City of Franklin. Proposals may be held for up to forty-five (45) days from bid opening. The City reserves the right to award the bid in the best interests of the City and to reject any and/or all bids. Tracy Jamieson City Clerk Bidders may contact Jeff of the City of Franklin's Street Division, phone 814-437-1600, for information regarding the location of work. Bidders on the Granite Tablets Contract may contact City Manager's Office at 814-437-1922.
