Renovation of a municipal facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of these specifications is to obtain services for the modification to the existing elevators at the Guilford Courthouse (Greensboro Location) 201 S. Eugene St. Greensboro, NC 27401. A. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and services and perform and complete all work required for the modification of all items included within the specifications of this document. B. When making a price quote, contractors should include all costs including dismantling, permit fees, the cost of the insurance requirements, waste disposal costs or fees, city license fees, rental costs of equipment, new materials, installation, shipping cost, handling fees, service fees, travel expenses, safety equipment, and any other costs incurred when performing the elevator modifications. Last Day for Questions August 1, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., Eastern Time. Any and all questions concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to the Guilford County Purchasing Department at DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov.
