Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Janeville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a 2,332-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition, removal and disposal of small existing concrete structures, trees and a portion of the existing parking. .2 Excavation and backfilling for building. .3 Concrete for building. .4 Wood for building. .5 Exterior enclosures and roofing for building. .6 Openings. .7 Interior construction and finishes for building. .8 Minor alterationst to existing building required for connection to new construction. .9 Mechanical installations. .10 Electrical installations. .11 Testing and commissioning of equipment and systems. .12 Site excavation and grading. .13 Access road and parking for building (excluding asphalt paving, see section below). .14 Site restoration and exterior improvements. .15 Any incidentals required to complete the work of this contract.
