Renovation of an educational facility in Clayton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School District of Clayton is interested in creating a Wellness Center at Clayton High School in an existing storage room consisting of 750 square feet. The renovation will include the following New flooring New ceiling and lighting New doors and hardware Addition of new perimeter walls to cover existing cinder block walls Addition of interior walls for the creation of (4) four distinct interior spaces Electrical, HVAC, and sprinkler systems to be constructed on a design build basis to meet the design intent of the construction documents The School District of Clayton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The bid will be awarded on Thursday, October 12 and the project is to be completed by Tuesday, December 19, 2023
