Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint-Andre, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the work consists of milling, paving, and replacement of curb and sidewalk along approx. 400m of Chemin de l'Eglise Street. Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Certified Cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Certified Cheque shall be made payable to Grand Falls Regional Municipality. Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of a certified cheque, e-transfer, or cash payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault and the Grand Falls Regional Municipality, and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint-John. Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project. The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
