As of 10/5/2023, owner has determined a pre-qualified Design Builder. The Town of Irmo is seeking Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified firms for the design/build of a First Responders Memorial to be located at 1230 Columbia Avenue in Irmo, SC. This project will consist of a design/build proposal based on the scope of work as identified in this request.
