Scope of Work Oklahoma City Public Schools is seeking a vendor(s) to provide cafeteria tables for District sites. Specifications Dining area: Seating: Eating to accommodate breakfast and lunch keeping student enrollment in mind Seating must meet specifications of a lifespan of 15 years Seating must have a 10- year warranty Grey Nebula laminate with black trim or similar Comfort stools (and armless chairs in secondary only) will be black Table legs will be stainless steel Casters will be scuff resistant & anti-marking Steel lock bar with safety release and auto lock Secondary schools will have tables with 30" height - high top tables will have a 42" height and Elementary schools will have tables with a 27" height. All inquiries and questions concerning this bid shall be submitted by email to the Purchasing Department no later than 11:00 am CST on September 7, 2023. All bidder inquiries and questions will be compiled and OKCPS will provide its official response through a written Amendment to the bid to the bidders. Contact of any type with any Oklahoma City Public School employee other than the Purchasing Department regarding this bid is strictly prohibited. Bidders will be given a fifteen (15) minute grace period to attend. Any Bidder not at the designated meeting place within that time frame will not be allowed to participate in the walk through or bid. (List date) Bids Submissions Bid submissions are subject to the District's purchasing policies and procedures and the terms and conditions listed herein, which are made a part of this RFP by reference. This RFP, any purchase order or contract, and all related payments will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the District's purchasing policies and procedures, which may be found at OKCPS Website (okcps.org). Vendor will submit only electronic bids to bids@okcps.org. Bid shall be placed in an envelope bearing the bid number, bid title, date & time of bid opening, and bidder's company name and address. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges and approves the terms and conditions established by the District as set forth in this bid. The terms and conditions cannot be altered by the bidder, either by the terms of the bid or by any acknowledgement or attachment. Bid Openings Sealed bids are publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the time and date specified for bid submittals. Bidders are invited to attend bid openings. OKCPS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the school district and/or waive any bid. The District is under no obligation to accept any bid. In the case of discrepancy between the written stated amount and numeric presentation intended to be the same amount in the submitted documents, the written statement shall govern.
