Renovation of a medical facility in Collins, New York. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction (OGS, D&C), on behalf of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS), is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide professional consulting, Design, Bid and Construction Phase Services for recommended repairs to address the observed deficiencies at Collins Correctional Facility. Renovations will convert existing dormitory space in Collins C.F. Building 5 to infirmary use. Proposed space includes, but not limited to rooms 201-233 of Building 5. Alterations are to be in accordance with DOCCS standards. This project is high priority to allow relocation of former Gowanda C.F. infirmary and pharmacy functions to Collins C.F.
