Reference Number 0000329421 El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the purchasing of Culverts, Pipes, and Materials for the El Paso County Department of Public Works Highway Division on an as-needed basis. The El Paso County Department of Public Works uses many culvert products throughout the County's transportation system. These products are used to convey stormwater along waterways and assist with drainage at County roads and trails. Some of these materials are stored and stocked at Department yards, while others are ordered then delivered directly to a project site. Due to the variety of roads and terrain throughout El Paso County and variability in weather conditions, an assortment of culvert types is required for optimal stormwater drainage throughout the County.
