The City of Markham is soliciting Bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to undertake mechanical maintenance services for City's seven (7) sewage pumping stations (SPS); 5 wastewater sanitary and 2 stormwater pumping stations; including, but not limited to regular scheduled maintenance, on-demand and emergency services. The Contract includes: Part A - Regular Scheduled Maintenance Services - Semi-annual Inspections (every 6 months, 2 visits per year) - Annual Inspections (every 12 months, 1 visit per year) - Bi-annual Inspection (1 visit every 2 years) Part B - On-Demand and After Hours Emergency Services Additional or Emergency Work may be requested on an as-required basis, such as: - Trouble shooting, repairs and replacements - Supply of parts and materials - Unscheduled emergency - Scheduled non-emergency - Other related services as requested by the City, above and beyond Scheduled Maintenance services Documents can be obtained at: https://markham.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Tue Sep 19, 2023 4:00 PM (EDT)
