Q/A Cutoff Date: 09/15/2023 Q/A Cutoff Time: 01:00 PM CDT The Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) is seeking the services of a qualified licensed contractor to perform bathroom improvements and floor replacement per the scope of work listed in this QSP for our property Centennial Townhouse East located at 900-1000 Liberty St.#1029 Jacksonville, FL 32202. Potential bidders must contact Gary Taylor at 904-366-3415 or gtaylor@jaxha.org to schedule a site visit. The Jacksonville Housing Authority will NOT accept proposed pricing verbally or by telephone. Whereas this is an informal solicitation process, the JHA reserves the right to extend the posted deadline at any time prior to the deadline if, in the opinion of the CO, it is in the best interests of the JHA to do so. The work shall be performed during regular JHA working hours, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. The Contractor may be authorized to work weekends or evenings if approved, in writing, by the JHA Project Manager.
