Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jacksonville, Florida. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of January 15, 2025, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence in October 2026. A firm timeline for start of construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a Company that can provide professional Engineering Services for the rehabilitation and improvement of the Engineering Services for the Beacon Hills Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Further information can be found in Appendix A Scope of Services. All questions and correspondence concerning the JSEB program shall be addressed to: Rita Scott, JSEB Manager, JEA, scotrl@jea.com. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
