New construction of an educational facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Perry-McCall Construction has been selected by Duval County Public Schools as Construction Manager on their new Louis S. Sheffield Elementary School project. We are currently soliciting subcontractor bid proposals for the following trade package: 03-Precast Concrete DCPS will write a separate DPO for the materials, shop drawings, transportation, F.O.B. Jobsite. Perry-McCall will contract separately for the erection, layout and any other labor required onsite. Prior to submitting a bid proposal, subcontractors are required to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, geotechnical report, bid scopes of work, Perry-McCall subcontract agreement, schedule and complete subcontractor's pre-qualification ("SCORE"). SCORE must be fully complete, including financial information, one week prior to the bid due date. Any proposed comments to Perry-McCall's subcontract agreement template must be submitted with subcontractor's bid. Any incomplete submissions of the requirements listed above may be subject to bid rejection.
