Remodeling and renovation of a medical facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 21,325-square-foot medical facility.
The proposed project consists of renovating the exterior and interior of (2) two buildings which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The Riverside Historic Buildings consists of: 1. Building H - Main Hospital Building (14,100 GSF) 2. Building N - Nursing School (5,800 GSF) with a Utility Building (1,425 GSF) The renovated facilities are intended to be occupied by Harris County Public Health.
