The City anticipates the scope of work will consist of, but not limited tom the following major elements: 24-Inch Diameter Waterline - Phase II and Phase III of the Northwest Waterline: Final design support, administration, and construction of up to 20,000 (phase II and III from City property all the way up FM 84) linear feet of 24-inch diameter and 5,500 linear feet of 18-inch PVC waterline. 36-Inch Diameter Interceptor - Phase IV and Phase V of the Northwest Interceptor: Final design support, administration, and construction of an expansion up to 28,500 linear feet (full length) of 36-inch diameter FRP or PVC interceptor. Refer to the Description of Work for additional information. Sanitary Sewer Truck Receiving Station: Final design support, administration, and construction of a sanitary sewer truck receiving station that will be located on City property along the Phase IV section of the 36-inch diameter interceptor. The purpose of the station is to receive sanitary sewer waste from trucks carrying up to 5,000 gallons of liquid waste. Lift Station: Final design support, administration, and construction of a lift station to be phased for buildout capacity of 10 MGD. Dual Force Mains: Final design support, administration, and construction of dual force mains (8-inch and 24-inch) to connect the lift station to Phase V wastewater interceptor. The distance between the lift station and the phase V interceptor is approximately 10,000 feet. The Citys preliminary budgetary estimate range for construction of this Project is approximately $40 million to $45 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
