Here are two firms which are qualified but unable to locate FHP.
They are TMG Construction and FHP Construction. Deadline for Questions: Thursday September 28, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. The Projects are generally comprised of, but not limited to, the following
work:

2. Main entry frame and door installations and modifications.
3. Interior vestibule frame and door installations and modifications.
4. Main office renovations.
5. Plumbing work.
6. Lighting installations and modifications.
7. Security installations and modifications.
8. Communications and Data installations.
9. Lobby area renovations.
10. Fire Alarm system installations and modifications.
11. Fire Sprinkler system installations and modifications.
12. Electrical installations and modifications.
13. Interior Storefront installations and modifications.
14. Door Hardware installations and modifications.
15. Security System installation and modification.
16. Glass and Glazing installations and modifications.
17. Flooring installations and modifications. 1.2.2. All three (3) projects are to be constructed concurrently during the timeline listed below.
1.2.3. Construction is anticipated to begin by June 20, 2024
1.2.4. Substantial Completion will be no later than August 9, 2024.
1.2.5. Final Completion will be no later than August 16, 2024. Incorporation of Laws and School Board Policies and Procedures. This RFQ is subject to the provisions of law and to LCPS Pre-qualification process, which are hereby expressly incorporated into this RFQ by reference. Applicants may review and inspect LCPS Pre-qualification process at the School Board's website electronically.
