Site work for a water / sewer project in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Wauconda (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: FY24 Sanitary Sewer Repairs Project. The Project includes nine (9) sanitary spot repairs on sanitary sewer lines as described in these specifications, including the performance of the work and the restoration of the work areas, and any bypass pumping and traffic control. The Construction Contract for this project is subject The Prevailing Wage Act, Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, and the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act. Any bid submittal shall be accompanied by a certified, check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to 5% of the Proposal amount. Any contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will require performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
