Site work and paving for a civil project in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Water main replacement (5,370 LF) project with various depths of mill and overlay rehabilitation (59,450 SY) to follow. All questions shall be directed to Chris Bouchard, PE at HMG Engineers, Inc. at (847) 294-2036 or cbouchard@hmgengineers.com. Any bid submittal shall be accompanied by a certified, check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to 5% of the Proposal amount. Any contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will require performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The OWNER may make such investigations as he deems necessary to determine the ability of the BIDDER to perform the WORK, and the BIDDER shall furnish to the OWNER all such information and data for this purpose as the OWNER may request. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any BID if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such BIDDER fails to satisfy the OWNER that such BIDDER is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the WORK contemplated therein.
