Site work for a municipal facility in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
As of April 28th, 2023 this project is pending an award decision. The Work includes but is not limited to all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of (1) 3,770 SF Taylor Lake Shelter (2,230 SF Enclosed; 1,540 SF Open Air) with a 7,400 SF concrete slab (specialty finish) and (1) 1,150 SF Central Shelter (Open Air) with a 3,800 SF concrete slab. The Work includes finish grading of the aggregate shelter pads (mass grading and aggregate base by others) and concrete flatwork (standard finish and specialty finish), cast-in-place concrete cheekwalls and stairs, concrete ramps, stair and ramp handrails, guardrails, abutment guardrails, custom counter, custom platform bench, custom bench, and all utility work within 5' of the building envelopes (utility work beyond 5' by others) with the exception of final electrical connections to ComEd transformers which are included in this work Questions Due 03/14/2023 2:00 PM
