Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Washington County Commission is accepting bids for the following work related to the Sheriff's Administration Building Project. Contractors interested in submitting a bid on the following eight (8) phases of this project should contact Project Manager Andy Skiles at (573) - 313- 0781 or at SkilesConstruction@ centurylink.net. 1. Closed Cell Insulation - 1" in all exterior walls, 2" @ vault, and 2" at band board (labor and materials). 2. Fiberglass Insulation - Approximately 3400 sq. ft. of sound batt, net and blow exterior walls and R-50 in attic (labor and materials). 3. Drywall - 5/8 Type x throughout building, tape, prime and paint (labor and materials). 4. Paint - Three (3) security doors and interior K-D jambs (labor and materials). 5. Cabinetry and Casework - (labor and materials. 6. Drop Ceilings - (labor and materials) 7. Doors and Hardware - Labor to install one (1) exterior door, three (3) security doors, all interior K-D jambs, slabs, and hardware. Install casework and all bathroom accessories. 8. Demolition and Concrete - Demolition of remaining parking lot/ sidewalk to be removed. Foundations for ADA ramp to main entrance, steps at main entrance, steps at north entrance and planter at main entrance. All parking lot concrete paving, steps and sidewalks.
