Description

Renovation of a civil project in Chester Township, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $5,000,000.00. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to replacing equipment in the Central Utility Plant that is nearing the end of its service life including boilers, chillers, deaerator tanks, pumps, water treatment, etc. Additionally, a secondary electrical service is planned to provide reliable backup power to the facility. Note that requirements vary per site & some agencies may have more stringent requirements. The PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS MEETING is scheduled for THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2023 AT 10:00 AM. As of September 29, 2025, a selection of design firm has not been released.
