Site work for a mixed-use development in Grantville, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to bringing Memorial Lake Dam up to current PA DEP Dam Safety standards and to providing additional improvements for the operation and maintenance of the dam. Memorial Lake Dam is a 37-foot high, 760-foot long rolled earth fill embankment structure, maintaining a normal pool of 1,680 acre-feet of water with a surface area of 85 acres. The dam, classified as "High Hazard" (B-1 Structure), was built in 1946.
