The City of Florence is accepting sealed bids from licensed and qualified contractors to complete weatherization renovations at 710 Stonehenge Drive, Florence, SC. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions concerning this invitation to bid should be directed to the City Purchasing Agent, Lynwood F. Givens in writing by e-mail at lgivens@cityofflorence.com. The deadline for the submission of all inquiries is January 19, 2024 at 5:00 pm. 1. Remove and replace all roof shingles with 30-year dimensional shingles to include underlayment water shield and proper roof ventilation. 2. Replace front and rear storm doors. 3. Install new facing around house and replace rotten wood underneath. 4. Sand and paint shutters and front railing.
