The Scope of Design-build Services Consists of the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, and Construction of the Following: Montgomery County Esd 3 Administration Building - $450,000 Budget Building Expansion Will Include the Addition of 5-offices, Conference Room, and Storage Totaling Approximately 1532 Sf With 8 Additional Parking Spaces. Montgomery County Esd 3 Station 34 - $750,000 Budget Building Expansion Will Include Addition of 2 Apparatus Bays, 1 Office, 1 Dorm and Additional Living Space Totaling Approximately 706 Sf. Total Expansion of Approximately 3,147 Sf. MCESD 3 is looking to expand facilities at the district's administration building located at 4711 Honea Egypt Road and at Station 34 located at 2615 Woodforest Parkway North.
