The Scope of Design-build Services Consists of the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, and Construction of the Following: Montgomery County Esd 3 Administration Building - $450,000 Budget Building Expansion Will Include the Addition of 5-offices, Conference Room, and Storage Totaling Approximately 1532 Sf With 8 Additional Parking Spaces. Montgomery County Esd 3 Station 34 - $750,000 Budget Building Expansion Will Include Addition of 2 Apparatus Bays, 1 Office, 1 Dorm and Additional Living Space Totaling Approximately 706 Sf. Total Expansion of Approximately 3,147 Sf. MCESD 3 is looking to expand facilities at the district's administration building located at 4711 Honea Egypt Road and at Station 34 located at 2615 Woodforest Parkway North. All information requests and questions concerning the Request for Qualifications must be through CivCast by 5:00 PM, Friday September 22, 2023. All responses will be posted on CivCast no later than 5:00 PM, September 26, 2023.
