Performance, Labor and Materials Payment, and Maintenance Bonds. The Contractor shall furnish to the City of Fountain one copy of each: Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award of a Contract.
