This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued to provide the selection process for DESIGN BUILD services for the project named above. Firms submitting a response to the RFP will be asked at a minimum to state their understanding/experience to the project and offer their methodology for meeting the criteria noted in this RFP. Submit a single electronic PDF file or hard copy of your proposal by the submittal date/time aforementioned; email to the Owner's Representative contact listed in Section 1.5 above, drop off at Fountain City Hall 116 S. Main Street, Fountain CO 80817. Question Acceptance Deadline 04/15/2022 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Design and Construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. steel warehouse/office 60'x100'x14' Concrete foundation - there are two design options located in the Subsurface Soils Investigation. During the Fee Proposal phase, fees for each option will be required. Note - The final design of the foundation will be the responsibility of the City of Fountain. 3 ply engineered post 8' on center 2'x10' treated skirt 2x6 sidewall girds 2' on center Double 2x12 level trusses Engineered trusses 4/12 pitch, 4' on center 2x6 purlins 2' on center 29-gauge metal on sides, gables, and roof 2- 14'x 14'x2" insulated garage doors 2- 4' walk 1920 series steel door 12" overhang on eves and gables Insulation (standard)
