Park repairs includes, but is not limited to demolition and construction related to enlarged play area to accommodate playground equipment replacement and new rubber / mulch surfacing; new picnic area; new fitness court; asphalt trail replacement; new asphalt paving, concrete paving and granite fill paving; associated drainage and grading; storm drain systems repair; installation of new site furnishings; new drinking fountain; restoration of lawn surfaces affected by construction, new shrub planting and associated modifications and additions to irrigation pathways.
