Site work and paving for a civil project in Wildwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Manchester and Taylor Road Resurfacing and Signal Upgrades - Construction The project will resurface Taylor Road from Route 100 south to the Manchester roundabout, and Manchester Road from Schnucks Wildwood Crossing to Route 100 north. The project also resurfacing of Village Hills Parkway from the Manchester roundabout to Victoria Crossing Drive. Work will include replacement of deficient curbs, sidewalks, and curb ramps (to improve accessibility). The project will replace the existing traffic signals at Manchester/Pierside Lane, Manchester/Schnucks Wildwood Crossing, and at Taylor/Main Street. The new traffic signals will include LED street name signs mounted on aesthetic, black finish signal poles and arms. Project is in City of Wildwood capital budget FY2024 - 2028 CIP. As of September 25, 2024, the project is under construction, work done in-house. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
