The Otay Water District (OWD) will require the professional services of an engineering and planning firm for completion of the Joint Sweetwater Authority - Otay Water District Recycled Water Intertie Project Planning Study (Project). The Project, which will evaluate how best to leverage existing recycled water (RW) storage available in the OWD distribution system and expand the OWDs existing system into SWAs service area and into undeveloped areas within OWDs service area. The general scope of work for the Project will include the following elements: Request for Proposal (RFP) materials will be e-mailed to qualified firms on Thursday, September 21, 2023. All questions regarding the consulting services should be referred to Lito Santos, P.E., via e-mail at LSantos@otaywater.gov prior to issuance of the RFP. Q & A deadline: Sep 20, 2023 4:00 PM PT
