Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newton, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reconstruct S 5th Ave W (800-1100 blocks), adding storm sewer, granular subbase, sub drains and new PCC. The existing street is an old PCC pavement that had been overlaid with HMA in 1993. This project is included in the city’s FY 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program.
