The project comprises two primary facets: a. HVAC System Replacement and Upgrades, Roofing System Installation, and Photovoltaic (PV) System Implementation: This project encompasses a comprehensive overhaul of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The initiative involves not only the complete replacement of the existing HVAC system but also includes strategic upgrades. Simultaneously, a new roofing system will be installed, complete with an integrated restraining mechanism. Additionally, the project incorporates the implementation of a Photovoltaic (PV) system at the Residence Building. Detailed specifications are available in the accompanying RFT document. b. Renovation of Two Vestibules in Residence 3: The second facet of the project focuses on the renovation of two Vestibules within Residence 3. This aspect aims to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of these specific areas, aligning with the broader project objectives.
