Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project consists of the following PRINCIPLE FEATURES A. DEMOLITION 1. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing wallcovering. 2. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing carpeting. B. CONSTRUCTION/WALLCOVERING 1. Contractor shall clean and prep walls. 2. Contractor shall install new wallcovering per manufactures specifications. C. CONSTRUCTION/FLOORING 1. There is approximately 25 lf. of walker duct. Contractor shall securecovers, and prep floor for a level surface. 2. Contractor shall install new flooring per manufactures specifications. 3. New flooring will have a gap at the perimeter which will not be covered bythe new wood base. Shoe molding is required to close the remaining gap. 4. Contractor shall install a wood shoe molding, stain, and finish to matchexisting wood finishes. D. PAINTING 1. Contractor shall clean and prep walls in restroom. 2. Contractor shall paint the restroom. Match existing color 3. Contractor shall clean and prep the door frames. 4. Contractor shall paint the door frames. (8 each) E. SECURITY 1. Security Clearances required for all workers. F. FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY 1.Contractor shall always maintain a safe working area. G. FINISHES 1.Flooring: LVP Tarkett Contour Collection Modern Wood 3306 CanadianMaple 2. Wall covering: Koroseal Insight Linen 6322-15H. FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT MOVING 1. The tenant is responsible for moving the furniture, wall displays, photosand electronic equipment.
