Renovation of a golf course in Williamsville, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Reference Number 0000329791 The Town of Amherst is seeking a qualified golf course architect to prepare future renovation work at the golf facilities owned by the Town, which include an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, and a 9-hole Par 3 course, collectively known as the Audubon Golf Course Complex. A golf course architect is needed to assist with renovations at the Par 3, possible reconfigurations at the golf course, improvements to the driving range, and coordination of hydrology work. Award of RFQ November 2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications must be submitted via email to khalton@amherst.ny.us. *The Town of Amherst reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to accept either in whole or in part any one response or combination of responses, as may be provided in the RFP specifications, or to waive any informalities in responses. The Town of Amherst does not obligate itself to accept the lowest or any other proposal and has the right, within its sole and absolute discretion to reject any proposal.
