Reference Number 0000329697 The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms for a Construction Manager (at risk)/General Contractor (CM/GC). Firms must be licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, to construct a new Vocational Building at Dixie High School per design from NWLA Architects. The CM/GC will work closely with the Washington County School District Facilities Director and NWLA Architects, through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules and feedback of design details, phasing, and availability of materials selected. CM/GC will also monitor the bid climate and recommend the optimal bidding schedule to the design team.
