Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Euless, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project is generally located in South Main Street between Euless Blvd. and Pipeline Rd, Collin Drive between Harwood Road and Denton Drive, and portions of the Oakwood Terrace East Addition Subdivision west of South Main Street. The project provides for the replacement of approximately 14,575 linear feet of existing six (6") inch and eight (8) inch diameter asbestos cement (A.C.), cast iron (C.I.) and galvanized (G.I.) water line with eight (8") inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe installed using trenchless technology static pipe burst methods and open cut methods. At the option of the contractor, pre-chlorination or utilization of temporary bypass water systems are acceptable. The project also includes replacement of approximately 3,425 linear feet of 6-inch A.C. and 2-inch G.I. water line with 8-inch HDPE/PVC(DR-18) water line installed by the open trench methods. The project includes removal and replacement of existing gate valves and fire hydrants as well as reinstatement of water services to residential lots. Pavement repair and other incidental construction items necessary for a complete and functional project are also included. Bids received with the requested bid bond will not be considered Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in the amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract, and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials, will be required upon the forms which are a part of the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or wave any or all formalities. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the date on which bids are taken.
