Renovation of a mixed-use development in Falcon Beach, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Department of Natural Resources and Northern Development, Manitoba Parks (Manitoba Parks) is soliciting quotes from experienced and capable contractors to carry out exterior remedial work on a cottage and garage structure, in accordance with a Court of Queen's Bench Judgement. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide the Services as described in Appendix "A" attached and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose Bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on October 9, 2023 and the work must be completed by December 31, 2023.
