Reference Number 0000262754 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/24 12:00:00 PM CST Providing equipment and labour to perform snow removal operations at the West Hawk Lake Weigh Station located on Provincial Trunk Highway 1 at the Manitoba and Ontario Border, in the Province of Manitoba during the 2023/24 winter season. A Liquidated Damage of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Snow Removal that has not been completed within 24 hours following notification from the Contract Administrator (CA). Liquidated Damages shall continue to be assessed daily until the current assigned project is complete. The maximum liquidated damage to be charged at any time is FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day. The Work must be completed by no later than April 30, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
