Martin-Harris Construction is inviting qualified firms to submit general and supplemental prequalification information to be used to prequalify subcontractors for the UNLV DREAMSCAPE LEARNING VR CLASSROOM CMAR Project Number CL-2024-024 This is a CMAR project subject to NRS 338. The information submitted is required for evaluation and subsequent short listing. Only subcontractors that complete the pre-qualification forms in their entirety and are approved by Martin-Harris Construction as the most qualified will be asked to provide proposals for the referenced project. For your prequalification application to be considered: Subcontractors must be licensed pursuant to chapter 624 of NRS. The prequalification application must be received no later than 5:00 pm PT on April 4th, 2024. Applications must be sent via email to las-bids@martinharris.com. Subcontractors must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1699 to submit a proposal for the provision of labor, materials or equipment on a public work. Martin-Harris has elected to adopt the Nevada State Public Works Division’s List of Qualified Bidders. Firms appearing on the NSPWD’s List of Qualified Bidders whose qualification expires after April 4, 2024, are deemed qualified for the license classifications and to the limits listed within the List of Qualified Bidders. Additionally, Martin-Harris has elected to adopt the list of subcontractors who have been deemed qualified to bid on the CCSD Cheyenne HS project MPID 0015064 on February 14, 2024. Firms not appearing in the NSPWD List of Qualified Bidders OR firms who have not been deemed qualified for the CCSD MPID 0015064 project may obtain a qualification application from Martin-Harris. SMALL BUSINESSES, WOSB, MBE, VSOB, SDVOSB, DBE and diverse subcontractors, suppliers, material and equipment vendors are encouraged to participate in this qualification process directly.
