The work under this contract includes construction of a new truck wash building and truck washing equipment with associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical and communication systems work, construction of a new brine building and tanks inside the existing salt storage building with associated mechanical, plumbing, removals, site clearing, earthwork, site preparation, and landscaping, replacement of the roof of the existing salt storage building, installation of a new lighting and conduit system in the existing salt storage building, installation of new lighting in the parking area inside of M-1, removal of M-1 mezzanine HVAC systems and installation of 2 RTU systems in their place
