The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 2,275 linear feet of 12-inch and 16-inch diameter water main, a 1.0 MG composite elevated water tank, electrical and fiber optic line, pre-cast concrete chemical building and residual control system with submersible tank mixer, and all necessary appurtenances, site, and access road improvements on the Massaponax Elevated Water Storage Tank located at Massaponax High School at the intersection of Patriot Highway (Rt. 1) and Guinea Station Road in Spotsylvania County, VA. The portion of the proposal relating to labour, whether by the Contractor's forces or the forces of any of its Subcontractors, may include reasonably anticipated gross wages of job Site labour, including foremen who will be directly involved in the change in the Work (for such time as they will be so involved), plus payroll costs (including premium costs of overtime labour, if overtime is authorized Each Bid over $100,000 must be accompanied by (1) Letter of Credit; or (2) a Cashier's Check or a Certified Check from the Bidder in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid, made payable to the County of Spotsylvania; or (3) a Bidder's Bond on the Bid Bond Form provided herein or on a similar form which in every respect materially complies with said Bid Bond Form, in the amount of five percent (5%) of his/her Bid. The successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum as security for the faithful performance of this Contract, and also a Labor and Material Payment Bond
