In order to maintain its establishments in good condition, the CSSP is looking for a plumbing contractor who can carry out work on request as described in this quote, all under the conditions of this call for tenders. This contract is subject to all applicable legislation relating to construction work. The successful bidder acts as a contractor in the execution of this contract. The purpose of this quote is to retain the services of a maximum of TWO plumbing contractors. The selected contractors will have to carry out, upon request, corrective maintenance interventions and act as a contractor for the completion of several small plumbing projects for buildings managed by the CSSP, in particular for various repair, inspection and estimate in accordance with the conditions of this quote.
