Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Lancaster is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Brickyard Backstop, Westwood Park Site Additions 175 Pavement Road The Project consists of the installation of a concrete block wall, concrete block dugouts, concrete sidewalk, 30' high netting, 4' high chain-link fence, 3" water service line, and hose bibs at the Brickyard Backstop at Westwood Park at 175 Pavement Road in the Town of Lancaster. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
