Site work and renovation of a residential development in Wapato, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Yakama Nation Housing Authority, herein referred to (YNHA), requests proposals written lump sum, fixed price proposals for Exterior site Improvements from experienced firms to provide to Contractor a fixed price bid to furnish all labor, specified materials and equipment described below and according to the specifications in the construction documents for 46 homes per the construction documents. The Project consists of exterior site improvements for landscaping site drainage, and striping for 46 single family lots and common spaces within the Wishram TC8 Residential development. The Subcontractor/Supplier should give a bid price per unit and an overall cost for the entirety of the project. YNHA reserves the right to away more than one contract, accept the lowest price offer, and refuse any contract without obligation to the firm offering the bid. Contractor may send a proposal for one or as many specialties they are expert in. This proposal is open to Indian and non-Indian firms. Indian preference applies to the work performed under this contract pursuant to 24 CFR Part 1000 (25 U.S.C.450E(B)) subject to of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act. The project is located just north of the Town of Wishram WA at corner of SR14 and Gorge View Country Drive
