Vannoy Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Henderson County Government and is seeking to pre-qualify Contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, tools & equipment for the Henderson County - Upward Elementary Cafeteria Addition in Hendersonville, NC. Historically underutilized business participation is encouraged. This project is comprised of a 1,900 SF cafeteria addition as well as replacement of parking lot area. The structure is comprised of a combination of CMU block, steel and metal studs. This project is expected to be bid and awarded in 4th quarter 2023 and start 1st quarter 2024 pending budget acceptance and approval.
